Tasty food and a beautiful location! I ordered the lasagna and was not disappointed. It was piping hot and the bread was good too. I also got the lemon flavored Italian soda. My waiter was very friendly and helped me pick the lasagna. Light music plays and the vibes are nice.

Tre has lost its touch during our most recent visit. The service from the moment we arrived was not welcoming, the host or the manager (I hope not) was short and came off rude from the start. I had taken my girlfriend for the first time raving to her of the food, view, and service only to have felt extremely embarrassed. The bolognese as always is the go to dish, it’s awesome. The pizza was so so, the crust was very hard but the flavor of the Bianca was nice. The mozzarella was delicious, a nice starter. All in all an okay experience, but for the price and as a product of the Dady brand I unfortunately would not return. Maybe if I needed a quick drink, the booze is always consistent.

So… they do listen, the Burrata was impressive unlike what it used to be wit it’s candies tomatoes, pumpkin seeds and basil olive oil. The “Italian” Sammy was yummy… as long as you like pesto (the fusilli pasta that comes with it is supposed to be cold). The Gnocchi was delicious, but quite heavy with its walnuts, pancetta and cream; expect to share or take some home. Don’t order the espresso - $4.00 a shot 😏. Service was good, thought a tad slow. Overall we really enjoyed the atmosphere, the food and the experience - sit outside if you can. Reservations are highly recommended; the place is on the river “behind” the Museum of Art - go through the museum and take the door on the right into the patio. The entrance is on the left of the place.

Wow! Absolutely incredible food! We were amazed by the artichoke appetizer, the Caesar and house salads, the fresh bread with oil, the bolognese, and the pasta with pine nuts and basil and tomatoes—I forgot the name. Also, you MUST try the Nutella x 3. Forgive the name, it doesn’t do it justice!!! Wow. Incredible. Doc was our waiter and we loved him!

My 16 year old son surprised me with dinner reservations here for my birthday. We split 3 different dishes and loved them all. Great seating right on the river, Great service and amazing drinks. Highly recommend.

I was literally the only person in the restaurant for an hour and the service was horrible. The food came out in the wrong order. My waiter, Raul, forgot to put in the order for my entree and lied about it. Plus, he brought me the check before I was even finished eating. Needless to say I am very disappointed. I have been going to that restaurant since it was located on Broadway and always had an amazing experience. However this time has made me not want to go back. 😕

The food is unbelievable, I wanted to order EVERYTHING! The outside seating has a fantastic view! I will definitely be back many times!

This is a super cute place. The outside patio is such a nice place to eat and see the river. We really enjoyed the view. We did get seated quickly and our server was wonderful. The food and drinks were slow to come out. It took over 15 mins to get our cocktails and then about 30 mins just to get the salads before the entres. The food was good but not 5 star worthy and definitely not worth the price.

GO ELSEWHERE! San Antonio needs to evaluate its standards and this starts by avoiding places that are frequented because of location. While I could go on about how poorly my pasta was prepared (same story with both my friends' dishes), how it was served cold, that parts of it were burnt, and finally just how unsatisfying it tasted - I will spare you the worst details and just say GO ELSEWHERE!. As mentioned in other posts, this place has lost its way - if it was ever on the right track to begin with. The restaurant itself is beautiful and may serve your purpose if you only care for an attractive place to meet up and don't care about food quality - but who would that even be!?A few select items on the menu are passable, such as the fresh mozzarella, the Soppressata pizza, and the drinks. Boasting that you offer a "taste of Tuscany" & "regional family-style dishes" is an exaggeration if not a downright Pinocchio nose lie.At this price, no one deserves to be served such a poorly prepared items, in addition to slow service.

This has been the greatest dining experience of my life and I mean that honestly! Our waitress Evelyn was super enthusiastic and seemed to really enjoy her job. She greeted us with a light spirit and gave us plently of time to look over the menu and get our appetizer which we got the Hand pulled mozzarella which was the best cheese I've ever had. Our entrees were absolutely amazing, and had great portion sizes with bold flavors. I got the Cast Iron Pizza and my husband got the Pan seared Gnocchi. My pizza took a little while to come out but it wasnt a concern to me. However the chef and our waitress were very apologetic about it and gave it to us on the house with a free desert as well. The desert was a vanilla panacotta with fresh Raspberry and blackberry. It was super light and flavorful!!! Easily the most amzing experience ever!!!

Very pleased

I have been coming to Kona Grill San Antonio for a long time, my first impression of the restaurant is not so perfect. But no, this time was really different, everything when brought to the table was perfect food. I was introduced to the restaurant's newest sushi, it was really delicious and the service was very good. The restaurant's atmosphere is perfect for a romantic dinner or a casual get-together with friends. It is definitely worth a visit!.
